Here are some of the more common questions we get asked about delivery of funeral printing by our customers.
How long until I receive my items?
We despatch all funeral stationery within two working days from receipt of order (subject to prompt approval of design). Delivery is made by Next Day service and guarantees delivery before 6pm. We will always send you an email when the goods are despatched.
Signing for the delivery
Please ensure your order is sent to an address where someone will be able to sign for it. We suggest you select your work address if nobody is available at home to sign for the delivery.
In the event that you are not in, a card will be left for you with details on how to organise redelivery or for you to arrange collection of your parcel.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included in the price (for up to 20kgs) for a Next Day service for delivery by 6pm anywhere in mainland UK (except Sundays & Bank Holidays).
We can offer a Pre-10am or Pre-Midday delivery for an additional £15.00 charge.

Can I order several items at the same time?
Yes, you can select which items you require and the quantity and ask for them to be sent out together. These will all be added together and only one delivery charge applied. We will give subtract any additional delivery charges included in the total price.
Do you supply outside the UK?
We only supply within the UK and do not accept print orders from overseas. We have occasionally designed and created a print ready PDF for overseas customers to get printed locally.
Can you explain your shipping arrangements?
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
