This FAQ section of the website has been designed to answer most of the questions we get asked by families and funeral directors contacting us about our Funeral Design & Print Service. It is quite comprehensive and tells you about the process of designing, printing and delivering funeral print.

We realise that many people just want to speak to us so please do ring us if you have a question. It is free to call us from a landline but you will be charged from a mobile (until June 2015). We are happy to call you straight back to discuss your requirements if you are on a mobile phone.
The most important question we are asked is 'Can you print and delivery it for this (date)?' and that can't be answered on this page. If you are considering using us then please call. We won't pressure you into placing an order. We will always do our best to help if we can no matter how quickly you need it designed, printed and delivered.
